How do I get started?
Simply view and accept the terms of the InstantChem.com Operating Agreement, complete the Affiliate Application, and you will shortly receive a confirmation email with your acceptance and Affiliate information.

What does it cost to become an Affiliate?
Nothing! It's free to join. There are no fees associated with applying or participating on our Affiliate Program. There is no minimum sales quota and there is no charge to apply.

How does the Affiliate Program work?
For every new member who purchases a subscription from our site through your link, you earn up to 70% commission. The InstantChem.com Affiliate Program is an easy way for you to increase the value of your web site by adding profitable content.

I have more than one URL. Can I register all of them?
Yes. You may have multiple sites as an Affiliate. Just sign-up for one account and use the same tracking number for all your sites. You can track the progress of your sites and receive one commission check.

I don't have a web site. Can I still apply?
Yes! As long as you refer new subscribers to our site, you may participate in our Affiliate Program. Your referrals must submit your custom referral code in order for you to earn commissions on those sales. We provide you with a variety of marketing materials, including fliers, banner ads, and email tools.

How do I change my account information?
Your account information can be updated through My Affiliate Account

How do I know how much commission I earned?
Through My Affiliate Account, you can access reports, which are updated daily, that provide information on impressions, clicks through, orders, shipments, and commissions earned.

How do you define a sale?
InstantChem.com is solely responsible for tracking subscription sales. A 'sale' is recognized when a subscription is purchased on the InstantChem.com Web site via valid credit card or other means. Commission is not paid on credit card fees, sales tax charges, penalties or other costs collected from subscribers by InstantChem.com. You can conveniently monitor your performance at My Affiliate Account.

How often do I get paid?
We will send you a check for a percentage of the sales you referred to our site every month, provided you earned more than $50. If your balance is less than $50, your commission will roll over to the next month.

Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?
Yes. When you personally subscribe through your web site, you earn the same commission on your subscription that you would from a visitor purchase.

What about product returns?
If a user returns a product for a refund, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

How can I monitor my sales?
You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through My Affiliate Account.

Who processes orders and handles customer service?
We do all of that for the customers that you refer to our site. All you have to do is place links to InstantChem.com on your site. We do the rest!

How will you know that the orders came from my site?
All links from your site to our site contain a unique identifier so that every time a user comes to us via your site, we know to credit you when a purchase is made. This is only possible, though, when you create all of your links with the tag generator on the Banner page.

How often can I run reports?
You can run reports daily if you wish. My Affiliate Account section, our reporting web site, is updated daily with the latest information about your site.

Can I place my links on more than one web site? Can you pay me with one commission check?
Yes.  In fact, we encourage having multiple sites. More sites mean an increased commission potential. You can have multiple sites under one Affiliate account and receive one commission check for all of your sites.

Can I link to any page?
No. We have identified the most intuitive and logical landing pages for you to send your site traffic. When a visitor registers with InstantChem.com through a referring affiliate, we attach the affiliate's Tracking ID to that visitor. That way, no matter when or how that visitor returns and purchases a subscription the referring affiliate benefits from commissions. The Tracking ID never expires.

Why do I have to use the HTML generator?
In order to ensure proper tracking of subscriptions coming from your affiliate site, your links must contain critical tracking information. If any of this information is incorrect or missing, you won't get proper credit for subscriptions resulting from the erroneous link. The only way to ensure that all information will be correctly tracked is to create links using the html generator we provide.

Can I link to a subscriber profile?
Affiliates are prohibited from using the individual profiles and information of InstantChem.com users on their referring affiliate site. Any use of an InstantChem.com user profile as an advertisement on a referring affiliate site is strictly prohibited and unauthorized, and will result in immediate termination and/or disruption with affiliation with InstantChem.com.

Can I accept membership information on my site and forward it to InstantChem.com?
No. Subscription information is accepted only on the subscribe form on InstantChem.com. Note that your commissions are calculated only through the subscription application form.

Will I know who signed up for InstantChem.com from my site?
To protect InstantChem.com customer privacy, the names or other personal information about specific customers will not be provided to affiliates. As an affiliate, your acknowledgement and compliance with InstantChem.com's privacy policy is implicit with your acceptance of the InstantChem.com Affiliate agreement.

May I offer promotions and free offers from my site?
It is in your best interest NOT to create language on your site about special promotions and free trial offers. Instantchem.com Affiliates do not have the authority to make or accept any offer on behalf of InstantChem.com for special promotions and free trial offers. InstantChem.com is not responsible for any representations made by InstantChem.com Affiliates that contradict our policies and/or pricing.
